At BALLISTA, we stand behind our gear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure you have the right equipment for your performance needs. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
